Call back gets "We're sorry your number cannot be completed as dialed...." That's because the 707-146 is not a valid combination. There's no 146 exchange. That means the number is fake...it's spoofed. That means it's a SCAM. Block it.
Every damn day they call, like 3 to 5 times in a day. It's happen since the beginning of March 2016 and at this time am typing this is the end of April 2016. I hate them so much.
