this number called a friend of my daughter, asked for her by name and then when told it was the wrong number, asked for head of household.I am scared it is a predator. Am reporting to the police.
They collect voice samples, so they know who is where (in case you are using unregistered phone) They will find the person by his/her voice.
That is why they call the same number until someone speaks (so they get the person's voice sample)
I doubt it is GOV. It is one of these big corporations.
Because they want your voice sample. They will stop calling if you say a few words. (they can find people by their voice signature, they do not need their phone numbers)
