I just got a call from this number on my DNC cell phone. The call came in as Elk, CA - and did not leave a message. This number is now added to my every growning blocked list.
Caller ID was Napa California. No message was left. My other unwanted calls from area code 707 have been from the Fraternal Order of Police seeking donations. This appears to be for solar but still an unwanted call.
I don't answer if I don't know who it is but, they are all letting it go to voice mail and hanging up. That shows I have a voice mail. Really annoying on all levels.
