This number calls and leaves no message, it is from Napa, California.  I am sure it is a robocaller and we all know if the phone companies would do there job they would charge $ 1,500,000 per line to robo and telmarketers so they would learn if I want something I can find it on internet.  I don't need some fool working at $ 3 per hour or a computer filled with phone numbers calling me.
