This number has called several times. The latest was Sunday 4/6/14. I recognized it and told "Brittany" to stop calling, which, of course, was useless. When I redialed the number the voice told me it was a disconnected number. I resorted to the computer and searched the number and found this site. This is good! At least people can learn what it happening to them. In fact, I have been researching a cordless phone that will block these numbers. BUT if they can keep changing the number will you ever be able to get ahead of them? I didn't listen long enough to get their business "name" but it had something to do with PG&E rates etc, etc. It could be "A-1 Solar" that you folks mentioned.

Yep. If you call the number on the website -- 1-877-593-2995 -- you will never get through. You won't even be able to leave a message since the mailbox is perpetually full.
These evil people are relentless. Who would ever buy anything they are selling:
I receive frequent calls from this number mascarading as a local phone number. Usually there is nobody at the other end and I hear a click. Occasionally they identify themselves as a solar company. What ever happened to the Do Not Call list? Obviously there are no adverse consequences for not honoring it.
