These are folks trolling for young boys to answer the phone for sexual gratification. If an adult answers, they will cover their tracks by telling you they are selling alarm systems.
I answered this call only because I have relatives in the 707 area code. Looks like these scammers have given up on alarm systems and have moved to the standard foolishness of loan shark loans for business. Anyone dumb enough to fall for them needs to go ahead and go out of business.
