Called my cellphone.  Did not leave message.  I called back and they are solar energy

Called on my cell. They have called many times before, but never answer. This time I did. A female answered the phone. She said she was working for an energy something company. I told her, no thank you, do not call any more, or I will report you to the authorities and I hung the phone.

Unknown ID called my cell.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Another one for the ever growing reject list!
