called me, I did not recognize the number. I called them back but the line does not connect

Called my cell, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. Eureka, CA. Blocked.

Got a call earlier but I didn't pick up; no message was left.  I called back the number (from a different phone) and got an automated message from some solar company. Sounds like a scam.

I got TWO of them today. and it advised it was "Eureka, California" (707 is a large geographic area code).  It's a company call "American Pro Energy" and they change their number frequently.  Their calls border on harassment.  I've told them several times that I am on National Do Not Call List and to STOP calling me.  I make a report to the FTC every time they do.
