Got a phone call from this number. Called back and it said this number is not working number

Just got a call from this number today (now) and recording said trying to get a hold of me to lower my interest rate on my credit card payment.....REALLY???

Yupppp..... credit card interest rate reduction SCAM.  ....... Left a message, but only because the robo-dial computer voice didn't realize the answering machine had kicked in.
