Got a call and called them back.  Google voice said they would try and connect me. Then said that the Google subscriber was not available.

Rude individual from some young-sounding girl claiming that she is calling from some California energy something or other.

I don't get why people call but have nothing to say whether you answer the phone or not. Why bother calling? What can they get from that? So annoying and I agree with Douglas H above, time to prosecute or figure out a way to stop this crap from happening.
