I called the number and an automated voice answered the call (fake British accent, which is a feature of some phone systems), but then a person identified himself as Tony came on the line. I asked him why they continue to call a number that is on the do not call list and he wanted to know the name of the person he called and then promptly acted as if the connection was bad and immediately hung up. It is probably a scam. Beware!
