Received call on my cell from this number at 3:49pm PST this date. Answered and a man who was obviously reading from a script told me their records indicated I paid more than $X for electricity per month (how the f*ck would they know that?) and I was in a hot spot for solar power. I don't remember the name of the company he said he was calling from. He asked to confirm that I pay more than $X/month for electricity. I said "No!" and that I wasn't the property owner. His script told him to wish me a good day and to hang up.
