On Saturday late afternoon, during a wedding ceremony at church, I recieved a phone call from (707) 401-1421. As a common curtesy, I didn't answer and let it go to voice mail. Sadly to say, the voice message was blank. As I returned the call, inquiring the reason of non-message call; someone asked me if I'm the home owner?!?! My question is how a person with a common sense would allow himself/herself without considering peoples privacy?
