3rd call in three days. I turned my fax machine on because of all the calls yesterday(15 calls). This call went to voice mail over the fax pickup tone "stay on line for the next operator" When I called back, I got a LOUD COMPUTER MUSIC and realized it was on hold music for the call center. I hung up and have reported this to N***R***. Good grief, Charly Brown.
