Caller says his name is Scott with national Disability and that I had filed a claim and he could help me get more money.
I asked him for his last name and he would not give it to me. I reminded him that he had called me previously and that I was going to report him. At that point he hung up.
A couple of days ago he called from a different number.
This obnoxious [***] will call our landline 3 times in a row, as though he's really got something urgent/important and personal to them. He's pretty legit sounding, which is scary too. Starts with this almost syrupy, "Hi, this is Scott, I see you filed a claim for disability recently?
The asks "Can you hear okay?" Total scammer, phishing for ss #'s etc. Creep.
I've been receiving calls also but they do not leave a message. Thank you for posting, I will block the number. I hate that people get away with this stuff....it stinks!!!
