This is the second call like this I have received this week. It is a credit card scam using local spoofed number wanting to ask you a few questions trying to get you to say "yes". The other one used the Eureka local Kohl's number and started out the same way saying that they had been trying to call (a lie) and this is my last call (oh, goody). Said I qualified for a lower rate. So I asked the voice what card and it kept talking then said it didn't hear my answer(a bot voice, a good one though). When it kept saying its spiel while I was talking I knew it only took yes or no answers. So when I said "no" the voice said thanks you or some polite to that effect. I knew it was a bot then became the live telemarketers just hang up on you!
