The man identifies himself from the Fraternal Order of the Police saying all the things they help provide for Law Enforcement. A definite scam the caller ID says Vacaville, CA
Caller ID says "Vacaville Ca.". I am getting more and more of these these and unknown or anonymous calls. They all go to voice mail and then are deleted, yet they never stop.
