Who called from 7074542009

This is professional recovery systems calling me twice a day with a recording that leaves a message in my voice mail.
all the times they have called in the past the number in the caller id has been an 800# or a 408 area code. i think there was some other number that looked out of state for a while. now theyve started using a 707# looking like napa or nor cal. i simply dont answer #s that i dont recognize.
happy to thwart their efforts for others. :)

I get this call every other day, I never answered until yesterday but there is noone at the other end, no automated msg either. When I dont answer, it leaves an empty voice mail of about 3 seconds.

Who is calling me from this number?

This is a recovery company for Pacific Bell. If you have an unpaid bill, these are the people that are calling to collect.

I don't have an unpaid account with them. I turned off my phone and paid up to date. So there is no reason for them to call.

I've blocked them from calling my cell phone with their 707 area code. Let's see how long it takes them to call from another number.

I answered to a recorded message saying "All agents are busy"
