Caller ID said this number is from KCNC inc. which is a carpet cleaning company. If so they have no business calling me as this number is in Eureka and I am in Chico, a considerable distance to come to clean carpets. The Eureka number listed for the actual company is 707-497-6273. KCNC also sells Kirby vacuums but the Yuba City store is a lot closer to try to sell me a vacuum. Anyway, I have a call blocker so the call did not go through and the caller did not take the option to call back and leave a message to prove they were not a robo call. Yay call blocker!
The person on the other end said she was following up on a survey that I answered on the 16th. The original call was from a secondary phone of 707-443-2024. I had told them at the first call to stop calling as I was on the Do Not Call list and that I was not interested in having my carpet cleaned or in a vacuum. Supposedly they were a new company to the area and was calling locals for business. Today's call identified as KCNC, inc. I told todays caller that I was still not interested and stop calling as I was on the Do not Call list. She said that she would take me off the list. We will see because I recognize the company calling every 6 or so months. Each time I asked them to stop. I have reported them to Do Not Call Complaint
