Google search shows this number belongs to a Napa county California agency. When I called back blocking my phone number it was a company claiming to be calling from the gas provider PG&E. They spoofed the number they were calling from as they have nothing to do with PG&E. They are selling a gas provider service.
Be aware that other telemarketers will use this number to sell other products.
Why isn't it against the law to use another persons number to sell something and avoid the don't call list?

Forgot to add that the same telemarketer called from three different numbers today. I know it was the same telemarketer because each time I called back from a blocked number, the same woman answered.
