Phishing most likely. Panel said "Insurance Benefit Services" but it's evidently not a real provider of benefits. I picked up, they pretended to not be there, eventually hung up after I said hello a number of times. Not just dead space on the line - it sounded like there was someone listening on the other end before hanging up. The phone number doesn't go to a real company. The number is a non-working number. I tried calling it back and got a busy/error signal.
