Who called from 7075084095

Called my cell at 11:33. Did not answer and they did not leave a message.  Blocked 'em!

1/29/2017 - call from 707-508-4095 to cell phone. Did not answer. They left no message.

I block any number not in my contact list so when these idiots call, they are already blocked. They can't leave a message or anything. I am in the do not call list which does no good at all, just block anyone not on your contact list and you won't have problems, if you don't know them why take a call from them .
