Same story here, no message left.  Heard some background talking.  Could be boiler room.

Caller left no message. I called the number (707-512-8074) and got a telephone company recording stating the number had changed or had been disconnected, and is not in service. Most likely a scammer spoofing a non-working number. I've blocked the number.

Haven't had the air duct cleaning scam in a few months. New number to block.
