Sounds like one of those IRS scams. Everyone knows they never call you. They always use the USPS.
Sounds like a scam. A guy with a foreign accent named Dennis Gray. "This message is intended to contact you" doesn't sound like verbiage the IRS would use.
Caller claimed to an employee of US Dept. of Treasury stating I needed to call back ASAP to avoid court proceedings against me. When I reverse phoned him, He denied calling me and called me foul names. Yes it was the same voice! Definitely a rude individual and a scam. He had an Indian accent!
