Harrassing caller. States we ordered something

Caller demandinf $4000 payment for literature they supposedly mailed to me.  Caller claims shes a lawyer and doesnt speak English.

Harassing and threaten me in regards English program that was mailed and that I need to pay

Harassing and threaten my wife in regards English program that was never mail

For Extortion Scam Operations,  File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..  Emails can be attached to complaints filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI.
