Who called from 7075551269

Called and left no voicemail but it came through as 70755512690. I never answer numbers I don't recognize, that's what VM is for.

They keep calling and won't answer

keep calling but no one there   comes thru as 707-555-12690.  who or what the is this ?  whatever happened to the no call list ?

I also received two calls from this number half hour apart. It shows up on the id screen as 1-707-555-12690. They don't say anything to you when you answer. I blocked the number.

This is a weird number it is identified as +7 0755512690 which has an extra digit.  Therefor my system won't accept it as a number to be blocked.  The caller Id says DIR ASST CA .  It sometimes leaves a voicemail which has no audio.
