Who called from 7075551856

Says they're calling for PG&E with a new program and want to know if your bill is over $70/mo.  It's not PG&E and they call incessantly.

Didn't pick up phone and let answering machine take the call. They just hung up.

Just called. ID was "Dir Assist. CA". No one there when I picked up. And when I called back I reached a recording saying the number is not valid.

The person knew my name and address.  They asked me if my electric bill was over $70 a month, which it is.  They then said I qualified for a free inspection of my roof.  If my roof was suitable, they would put solar panels on it.  I declined the "free roof inspection".  The guy became upset with and and asked me why I'd turn down something that's free.  I told him because I can.  Then he acted like I was stupid and hung up on me.

Yeah right, I'm going to answer a call that says Dir Asst.  just more morons making  the phone company richer.
