Called my cell - did not answer and did not leave a message - blocked now!  I have to wonder why there are all of the sudden so many 707 area code spammers these days?  I live in 707 but these spoofs are driving me nuts considering I'm on the Do Not Call registry.  What good is it being on a list if these unethical idiots don't care?
