I filed the following complaint with both the FTC and the FCC.
Telemarketer called soliciting participants in a medical class action lawsuit. I informed him that my number is on the Federal Do Not Call List and that he was to immediately put it on their do not call list. He kept right on talking. Finally he transferred me to someone claiming to be a supervisor. He ignored my request to stop calling and tried to solicit me. I demanded the company name and address. When I told him I was going to file a complaint. He started to laugh and said that the info he had given me was false. The address he gave me was PO Box 136, Sana Rosa, CA 97685.
This 707-666-6760 has called me for 8 month, at least 5 or 6 times a day. I even blew my whistle in their ears one time and that did not stop the calls. They do NOT give up. I did answer once and told them to take my name off of their list or I will notify my lawyer and my cell phone provider and that did not stop them.
