They call stating that you need to give them your attorney information and if you don't call them back they have no choice but to take you to court. It's vague. It's obviously a foreign person calling and they have a generic Anglo-Saxan name they give, like Oscar Bates or Jim Cook. Totally bogus.
Unbelivable! So third world class..call is scam in first place..worse yet connection breaking up, loud background, barely speaks english, cant even pronounce attorneys name and cant give u no info on so called charge against me. Sounds like attorneys [***] if u ask me, if i play along
After applying for a payday loan, the information is accessible by a group of terrorist scammers who call and suggest you are the object of a law suite and need legal counsel. Thia is all one big scam. The first caller typically has no detail but gives you this number as the "states attorneys office. Most of these people are just lackies who can speak english well and probably didn't make it past the eigth grade. The threats are all false and they have no intention of pursuing anything, so you needn't be respectful. Originally they used to ask for money to settle the suit but probably got caught and chaarged, now they just terrorize people, and arre investigated by the office of homeland security. I talk to them, insult them to the point that they curse and hang up. Then I call them back and the get real upset. If you can, call them ten times a day, payback is great. Good luck, and don't worry
