Second time receiving this call now. These scammers need to be dealt with and stopped before doing financial harm to anyone gullible enough to respond to them. Infuriating.
This Has To Be A SCAM! this guy has called me 3 times, its a man with a heavy Indian accent and its always the same guys voice & the message: "Hi this message is intended to contact you my name is T Martin & I'm calling regarding enforcement actions executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense my number is 707-666-9651 again 707-666-9651 I advise you to cooperator with us & help us help you" If there is a problem the IRS or US Treasury will send you a official letter in the mail, not have a guy call and harass you.

I called the number to find out the scam but it only brings you to a full voice mail box. I would like the FCC to hunt these people down and fine them and shut down their bogus operation. I am on the National DO NOT CALL LIST since its inception!

Wow, I just got this call again!! I tried answering it this time to give them heck, but it's only a recording and there's no way to talk directly to anybody...
I just pulled this off our voicemail, same message as Dee and Cane report above. Not only would the IRS or the Treasury be contacting via mail (and certified/registered receipt at that), this phone message isn't even personalized. It's addressed to "you," not to a name. Ridiculous.
