I responded to an ad on Craigslist, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Lowrey organ. Free organ, or 50 bucks. Something like that. Real cheap, good price. And FREE delivery to GR area. One of the higher end organs. Plainfield area of NW GR. Nice area, and many people well off. I was emailed a number and called the number. She told me she would call back if the person currently visiting the house did not take the organ. No call back. Post was pulled. Then it was reposted. I emailed again. Called again. No return communication or acknowledgement. Googled the number. Some kind of computer tech listing, Plainfield area. Then calls started. Several times a week. My cell is pre pay Page Plus. 4 cents per minute per answered call, or each 144 character text, if purchased in 80 dolllar bundles. I rarely call unfamiliar numbers, to avoid just this sort of thing. I think the ad was the source. I have seen the same ad, pop up again from time to time. Then disappear. I answered today, but did not speak. The call disconnected. My screen says California. Will update, if I can determine a definite original source.
They have been non stop for a week now at least 2 or 3 times a day they ask for the last of my SS# i keep telling them no they called my cell,my home phone and even my parents.

Same here. When my dad asked what it was about the man couldn't say but gave us a number to call and a reference number so we called them and they said it was something that was old and there were no legal documents or anything.
