Maybe not. I know I have started new threads about phone calls I have received. I will keep an eye on the number to see if anyone else has received a call. Sometimes I am the only person even a year or more later. Because of this, I now wait until at least the second phone call before starting a new thread. The last thing I want to do is report the number of an innocent third part that simply dialed the wrong number.
If anyone else has heard from this number, they will eventually post a comment.
