I'm curious if this a scam to clean a house they said I be sending a check [email protected]

If they send you a check for too much money, then ask you to use greendot or some other means to refund the overage, you KNOW it will be a scam!

Suggest you tell the person to send you a USPS money order, instead ... you can then check the validity of the MO at your local post office.

Alternately, ask them to leave cash on the kitchen table, and send  you the key to the house.
