I will periodically get calls from this number (707) 741-3199. I don't answer them because they are unidentified. In the past they would let my entire message go and then hang up. I now have it stated on my recorded message that "If your call comes through as unidentified, I WILL NOT ANSWER IT. If it is urgent, please leave a message and I will return the call if I find it necessary".
I am finding that these callers now just hang up. Hopefully they will no longer find a need to pester me and waste my time.
