I am to the point to were I just want to turn OFF all my phones. On cell phones you pay for incoming and out going calls. Why should I have to pay for them calling my cell phone, I don't know these people. I received a call today from a CELLULAR CALL the number 707-890-9199 at 4:31 pm May 29,2016. I now have 146 numbers blocked on my home phone. I called it back and there is no sound no answer from the other side. I don't know who this is. I am so tired of these SPAM callers or telemarketers calling me to lie to me, to cheat me and then try to steal from me; I am tired of the games that people play. I am so tired of the way people treat one another! If you don't want it done to you, why are doing it to someone else. Two wrongs don't make it right.
