This is a scam robo-caller on a tie-line, using a spoofed number. Caller Id says Windsor CA. Call center is probably in hell, certainly not Windsor. Second phony number of the day to be blocked.
I got a call from this number and since didn't recognize the number, I wasn't going to answer. Things are much worse since calls can be made anonymously--using a number made up for that call only. Why doesn't the gov't do anything to get a grip on this stuff?
