I have a prepaid phone from Verizon and this number calls me, if I keep the phone on, at least 3 times a day. Because my phone is prepaid, I can't even block the number. There is never a voicemail and I can't even answer the call without it being disconnected. It is harmless (in that there is no voicemail or even a person with whom I do not want to speak thereby costing me money); but extremely annoying. There isn't even a category on the Michigan Attorney General website to report this phone number. I'm hoping that, after a time, when I haven't called them back, that they will go onto another area code.

Blocked this number. Called, left no message. Not going to wait to be called back. I never answer my phone anymore to anyone not in my contact list as 99.8% of all calls are spam. I'm thankful I no longer pay per call as I used to. I wouldn't be able to afford to have a phone with the amount of junk. I'm on the do not call lists, but that only stops legit companies and not the ones that actually need filtering.
