Who called from 7081011010

Got a call from this number.  They coughed, did not say anything, then hung up.  Then they called back within 30 seconds and did not say anything again.  Frustrating.

I just had the same thing happen to me! I wonder who owns this number. This is truly annoying.

silence, then the caller coughed, more silence, and then the caller hung up

I just got a call from this number.  They hung up when I answered and it had rang only twice. It registered "out of the area' on my caller ID.  I am on the no call list.  How does this keep happening?
