I started getting these phone calls as of yesterday. No message left and when you call the number back, the automated message that says, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed'" comes on. I'm blocking that number.

Heya, I got this call, appears to be from ComEd regarding a change to your energy services. I am not even living in Illinois, I think they call due to area code
Spammers spoofed number, numbers don't start with a 1 unless it's before an area code. Maybe they want to lower our interest rates, clean the ducts, carpet or one of the other stupid things that these seem to be for.
