Received a call in washington state at 8:30 pm from a man saying he was with mpc mortgage or something like that from Chicago stating since we had not taken advantage of low mortgage rates previously, he thought he could help.  When I asked why he was calling so late as it was 10:30 his time, he said normally people are not home until later, and then he thought he was calling Washington, D.C. Which would have been 11:30 pm there.  The more I questioned, the more rushed and apologetic he got.  Still not sure who it was but when he asked what rate I got when telling him we did refi, told him it didn't matter unless he could do about 1.0..  Hoping not a scammer and that he has no more info than my number.
