Called at work - a computerized message about health insurance.

No message was left. Tried calling back but was told number does not exist.

I received the same call, to my cell phone. Caller ID listed it exactly as "+7082081850".

I received a call from this phone number on August 22, 2009 on my cell phone while I was eating. No message was left. I tried calling back but a recorded message says that the number does not exist. How can that be? Who is this moron that's bothering everyone? My wife got a call on her cell phone the very next day from this same number. When I find out who it is, they are going to be sorry.
