I received a call from this number today and back on 10/11 in Area code 815/AT&T. My husbands cell has also been called. The message did say health care but no company name. I do not think it is a call trying to determine your location as there are no collection agencies or process servers looking for either of us. If they were our land line is listed with our name and address so it would be harder for them to find us through cell phone pings. I filed a complaint at the National Do Not Call registry and blocked the number on my cell.
