Spammer trying to sell insurance. Lame

I received an outgoing recording offering me insurance. Would love to find out how to report them as they did not offer a do not call option as the law requires.

Hung up when my son answered. Tried calling back and received "you have reached a non-working #"

Just got that call minutes ago.  Wasting my cell minutes!
