I think these people are scammers. They say they are "ICS" and attempting to collect a debt, and we don't owe anybody anything. When you try to call them, you get an automated message that just asks for private data like your social security number without telling you anything about the supposed debt you owe. That smells really fishy to me, and I wouldn't give them any information at all without them offering evidence that they are legit and they're attempting to collect a legitimate debt.
Even if they are legit, they must be horribly incompetent, since their automated messages ask people to violate the most common sense rules for avoiding identity theft. Don't ever give out personal information of any kind to someone who hasn't proven their legitimacy.

They call it's an auto message asking me if they got the right person, I hit one and then they hang up. I call back and they won't give me any information until I give them my phone number. If this is an actual debt mail me something
