Who called from 7082311017

Called my home phone number, answered it. kept saying "hello" but no one was there. Called back the number and asked why they called me, "Do you speak spanish?" and hung up on me. Called again, same thing but this time, I told them I speak ENGLISH that I live in AMERICA!

Called, left no message. My phone is registered in the Do not call registry? Why doesn't it apply to them???

receive a call saying they were latin multi service, selling cable service and calling them and it tells me to hold for available agent, no answer then it hangs up
