I received this same type of call about a Ford Explorer, with a return numer 1-877-265-3790x441,Rachel. When I called a man answered Pryor or Prior? distribution Center. He would not give me any answers and was extremely rude. He wanted me to give him info but would not provide any. After I repetedly called to make his day miserable he stopped answer "Prior Distribution Center"

I received the same type of call (Mike was the name), about Lincoln navigator with a return number 877-265-3790 to ask for Kimberly Davis, the call was made from 708-234-0446

I received a call from 708-234-0446 and the automated voice said that I entered a contest somewhere in the time frame of the last year and a half.  WFT??  The automated voice was really quick and also asked me to call Randy Williams @ 877-848-1743, because I won a new car or cash.  I doubt this is real, so watch out everyone.
