Caller ID: Pleasantdale SC 708-246-2997 -appears as a local number . There is a Pleasantdale school in a nearby village.
Thinking the school is trying to call a parent, but dialed wrong number, I answered . It was a spiel for having won a 75% off vacation Disney world, ,,,and 75% off on everything , breakfast lunch and all the other b...s...
Couple days before this 3 local calls, actual numbers of 3 people in town. No messages, not asking for anyone, I must assume this is a new attempt to get people to answer  by spoofing local numbers.  One seldom gets wrong number calls now days, as most people just press a name on the contact list, rather than dialing .
