Who called from 7082487117

Left message - from 'David' about winning a car. That it wasn't a scam and it was time sensitive and that we should call me soon.

I get calls from this number every few weeks.  One time I wasn't home and got the message about winning the car.  If I answer they immediately say they have the wrong #.

I NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I HEAR ONE OF THESE PERSISTENT VOICE MESSAGES FROM "CHRISTOPHER" -  OF "PRIZE CARD SERVICES" - INFORMING ME THAT "THIS IS NOT A TELE-MARKETING  CALL OR A SCAM", IS TIME SENSITIVE, AND THAT IF I DON'T ANSWER I WILL BE GIVING UP A VERY VALUABLE PRIZE.

WHAT'S THE REAL STORY?

This number keeps calling us and as soon as I answer they say, "Sorry Wrong number." and hang up.

This person calls and it says on caller I'd that it is from prize crd service and he says oops, wrong number a d he sounds like an african American.
