My phone rang twice before I got it. As I picked up the phone and said hello, no one was there. My caller ID showed the number to be 708-248-7157. From what I read here it is spam and some kind of illegal call.
Received a call at 7:48 this am from "Christopher" at Vandale Communications advising me that I had won one of 4 major prizes in a contest I entered 18 months ago..Instructed to call back number 1-866-312-9553 ext 109 to receive further details. Claimed this was not telemarketing!! Called the 866 number and entered the 109 extensions --reached "Michel's" voice mail -- she ws not available ath that time and the message asked that I leave my name and number -- going to report to FTC.
